Location: Orcutt, CA (In-Office)
Pay: $17–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary
The Client Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in delivering a positive customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and follow established call scripts and procedures
  • Schedule service calls and maintain required call ratios
  • Enter and manage customer data in ServiceTitan
  • Perform follow-up, happy customer, and club member calls
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed
  • Complete basic administrative tasks, including filing and follow-up correspondence
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable using computers and office software
  • Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
  • GED or equivalent
Schedule
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Occasional additional hours and rotating after-hours phone coverage required
