We are currently seeking a talented Sales Representative to help with selling both residential & commercial plumbing projects. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, team-oriented individual who is eager to learn and committed to delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be diagnosing real issues using, helping homeowners understand what’s going on in their plumbing systems, and offering permanent solutions relating to Nuflow products and pipe relining & permanent pipe repair solutions. We provide the training, tools, and support—you provide the drive and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (typical day shift + any time outside of typical business hours, including weekends, is expected to capture all sales leads)
- Respond to & capture all sales leads that available
- Answer inbound calls and follow established call scripts and procedures
- Schedule service calls and maintain required call ratios
- Enter and manage customer data in service management software
- Perform follow-up, happy customer, and club member calls
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed
- Complete basic administrative tasks, including filing and follow-up correspondence
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales complete with a go-getter attitude & a hungriness to close sales leads is essential!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
- GED or equivalent
